EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS
Partnered with Junior Achievement to bring 80 volunteers into Cincinnati Public Schools seventh-grade classrooms to teach the basics of personal finance to 2,000 students through Unite for Teen Financial Literacy.
Collected more than 1,800 backpacks filled with school supplies and distributed them to local students along with 4,650 items received through our Backpacks for Success virtual product drive.
Increased participation in our Regional Success By 6® Community Roundtable partnerships by 40% in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.
HOUSING STABILITY
Served 434 families through Stable Families: 99% avoided a disruptive move; 74% were able to maintain stable housing for one year, and 46% increased their income.
Our 211 Helpline Care Coordinators supported 2,930 individuals and handled 894 applications for emergency mortgage, rent and utility assistance, which led to nearly $3 million in financial assistance.
Announced a new partnership with The Renew Collaborative to assist tenants facing eviction, provide longer-term stabilization for participating families and demonstrate to property owners the financial advantages of keeping families housed versus pursuing eviction.
